We notice that a sudden increase of criminalities involving the use of motorcycles exist, especially the motorcycle tandem. Motorcycle tandem has been involved in snatching, robbery, hold-up  and as well as in killing. Thus, many people from the government plan to impose to battle this problem. I think the big factor that can help, even not exactly to eradicate but at least to lessen this problem is  police visibility. The total combined damage of recent typhoons “Pedring” and “Quiel” already reached to more than nine billion pesos but according to some latest reports, the combined infrastructure and agriculture damaged are already more than 12 billion pesos, which already surpassed what typhoon “Undoy” incurred a couple years ago.
