Tropical storm Sendong caused our president to declare provinces affected under the state of calamity. Flash floods brought about by heavy rains swept away entire communities in Iligan City and Cagayan de Oro. We noticed an increase of delivery trucks hi jacking case in the past months in the metro. These are not just a simple case of car napping but even a large truck hi jacking also happen. That’s why it must be required to truck owners to install  truck gps tracking device at least to monitor the truck if it is carrying some goods. It seems that more car accidents that happen nowadays involve busses. Just a couple of weeks ago, one passenger bus fell off from the skyway.
