It is sad to hear that after a month of “Typhoon Sendong,” what are left are a thousand lives in Visayas and Mindanao especially in Cagayan de Oro because of the flash floods that affecteda lot of lives. Thousand of Families lost their houses and still hundreds are still missing. Families are still in grief and many are still living in tents and temporary shelters. More and more people have lost their mind because of the tragedy.

We notice that a sudden increase of criminalities involving the use of motorcycles exist, especially the motorcycle tandem. Motorcycle tandem has been involved in snatching, robbery, hold-up  and as well as in killing. Thus, many people from the government plan to impose to battle this problem.
