Almost every month there are new cell phone models coming out in the market. Although latest models came up with high prices but sometimes you will be surprised to find that other models come cheap. We always blame climate change whenever there are abnormalities in our weather.  Yet it seems that we are not doing anything to protect our mother nature. Like what happened in the past days. When I was a small child, my parents and grandparents told me to hang socks in the Christmas tree or any place in the house every December believing that Santa Claus was really true, and in the morning of 25th of December we used to feel very happy that we’d already have something inside of it and have a big box of toys. I am sure people are now pondering on what gift to someone they love. As what other people said, scary moments have already passed so let’s welcome a time of giving. For me if you a have plan of giving away some things which sometimes are much more expensive, my suggestion is to at least give a kilo of rice and  can food. My friend forwarded to me some of our photos taken 10 years ago. These photos were taken during our mountain climbing in  “Tinagong Dagat,” one of the highest peak in Negros Occidental. Without any preparation, we just planned about it just a couple of days before and one morning, we just decided to pack my jansport backpack and camera and went there without even thinking about the possible terrain that we were about to encounter. Luckily we returned still in one piece. It was a very memorable and unforgettable adventure …

This cold season of the year is one of my favorite seasons in the Philippines. Although this cold season usually starts only in the month of November and will last until February. Although it is really hard to get up especially in the morning because of the cold weather. It is hard to bring yourself to get up from your sferra linens to prepare a kid in going to school or office. Like what happened to me this morning where I set up my alarm clock at five in the …

As Filipinos we all know that special holidays are always happy occasions for the family, unless one of the relatives who passed away would be the reason for the reunion  day. It is really wonderful to see family that are gathering together and having reunion. Seeing a family joined together in a long table with fall centerpieces and the reminiscing those happy memories behind would be a rarity these days.  A common sight would be a family who is scattered in different places around the world. Luckily, today’s technological advancement …

We notice that a sudden increase of criminalities involving the use of motorcycles exist, especially the motorcycle tandem. Motorcycle tandem has been involved in snatching, robbery, hold-up  and as well as in killing. Thus, many people from the government plan to impose to battle this problem. I think the big factor that can help, even not exactly to eradicate but at least to lessen this problem is  police visibility. In my case at eight in the morning during very rush hour I would traverse EDSA from North Avenue to Makati …
