With the first ever state of the nation address of President Noynoy Aquino, he will still not be exempted from those militant rallies. Although they were given space to hold their rallies, it is hoped that it will not be as fierce as it was in the past regimes. Still, the PNP are doing their security measures by putting additional short circuit videos and cameras plus maybe convex mirrors for security.

President Aquino’s state of the nation address will speak about the present situation of the country after the previous administration. It is believed to be in a worse stage since according to some reports, a big percentage of the national budget is already spent by the previous officials. Hopefully there is still something left for the rest of the years since we sometimes can’t avoid natural calamities that will happen.
