I love grilled food and I usually grill my own food. Lately I have been craving for grilled beef and I usually choose the back ribs side of the beef. I am using electric grills in grilling because of lack of space for charcoal grilling. It is less messy than charcoal and convenient to prepare. Also the smoke of the charcoal grill is not possible, since we live in an condo type apartment, thus a compressed area. But given a chance I will still grill in charcoal because it is really different in terms of the flavor of your grilled food. Hopefully we could transfer in a place where there’s really a place for grilling.
