I am sure it is everybody’s dream to own a piece of land or a lot of your own someday. That’s why we are so excited after we have paid off the piece of residential lot we purchased and have the title transferred to our own name. At least we could plan now what could be the design of our dream house but as for now, I am happy to shop around wall sconce for the gates’ wall.

Luckily I have a friend who helps me out in processing those papers and helping me in all documentations needed so that we could transfer it in our own name after paying the whole amount.

My advise to those who also bought a piece of lot or land is to make sure that there is someone or a friend who is knowledgeable about  real estate. It sad to be a victim of some bogus.
