A couple of years ago my sister in-law gave us free consultations, spa, massage beauty and facial service coupons and we had fun of using them one by one not knowing that one of the coupons given to us was a free health consultation and a free colon cleansing therapy. We thought it was just a common medical consultation where after a medical examination the doctor will explain to you the possible problem and will just prescribe you medicines. We were just shocked that the doctor attendant prepared a colon cleanser colon cleanser intended to remove fecal waste and unidentified toxins from the colon and intestinal tract.

Although I am a nurse and I know what enema, that’s the first time I learned about the therapy. I know the feeling of someone who gets enema in the hospital since I my self performed it to my patients as a surgical preparation. I refused to be cleansed at that time giving the reason that we will just come back for it because we had other transactions to settle.

I know this is a process of clearing toxins from the body or neutralizing or transforming them, and clearing excess mucus and congestion but I just want to know if this is good or bad?
