Can you imagine yourself standing straight without extra movement for almost nine hours? That’s how hard it was for Cory’s four honor guards yesterday. Their name was put on the limelight after yesterday’s funeral. They also gained respect for what they have shown yesterday, that even a commendation and promotion are really due to them.

PO1 Danilo Maalab (representing the Philippine National Police), Private First Class Antonio Cadiente (Army), Airman Second Class Gener Laguindan (Air Force) and Petty Officer III Edgardo Rodriguez (Navy). People also salute them for what you have done. We know that what they have done was really more than anything that anybody could do. That was even harder than jogging, walking, and running for how many kilometers, more than any exercise and fat burning activities can do.
