		<description>i'm confused too. i don't think anybody else know how they determine the page ranks except them.  i've read a lot of posts about this and most of them are confused too.</description>

		<description>Yes... I don't get it either. I have a 'test site domain' which I only use for web design testing purposes (i.e. testing new code, plugins, layouts). It has EXACTLY 1 fake post, 1 fake comment, and 1 link (linking to my real blog site which is a completely different domain name from this 'test site') since the beginning. Hence, it has pretty much NOTHING in it. A couple of days ago, I noticed it went from PR2 to PR3. 

Why it has a PR at all... boggles me. Technically, it has only 1 backlink. WEIRD.</description>
